Chitwan National Park was declared UNESCO Natural Heritage Site in 1979. This is the first National park in Nepal. It is situated in south-central Nepal, covering 932 sq.km covered with deciduous forests overlooking the floodplains of Narayani, Rapti and Reu rivers.
Chitwan National Park offers a wilderness of rich ecosystem that includes mammals, birds, reptiles and water animals of several kinds. The highlights of this park are the 500 Asian one-horned rhinoceros (One-Horned Rhino) and some hundred nocturnal Royal Bengal Tigers that live in the dense forests of the park. You will discover a lost world of towering trees and twisting vines, of pre-historic rhino and lumbering elephants, crocodile, python and deer, brilliantly colored birds and if you are fortunate the superb Royal Bengal Tiger. Sharing home with these are other animals like a rhesus monkey, grey langur, deer, leopards and wild cats etc. Another most important factor adding to the Chitwan experience is the colorful Tharu Culture, their way of living, culture, and tradition and heart touching Tharu Dance. Here you will do many activities likes Jungle Safari on elephant back, Jungle walk, camoe ride, jeep drive etc.

Early morning fly (25 minutes) or drive (5 hours) by tourist bus or by private tourist vehicle. Evening time we will visit Tharu (local people) village and know about their unique lifestyle and culture.

Day 2 : Chitwan wildlife tour.

Today, we will take part in various adventure activities in Chitwan.
A brief description of the activities:
Chitwan National Park
It is the oldest national park in Nepal with a total area of 932 square kilometers situated in the southern part of Terai in Nepal. This national park contains tropical and subtropical forests, which is home to 68 species of mammals, 56 species of fauna and 126 species of fish and 544 species of birds. The park is well known for its protection of endangered one-horned Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger, Wild Asiatic Elephant and Gharial Crocodile.
Elephant Safari
Elephant safari is the most popular wildlife activity in Chitwan. Elephant guide you through the jungles and brWe can see many wild animals like Deer, Wild boar and ing you face to face with such rare animals as Rhino and Tiger.
Elephant Bathing
Elephant bathing could be an exciting event in Rapti River.You can take bath with Elephant with the help of Mahouts.
Canoeing ride along the Rapti river inside the Chitwan National Park and take a close view of Crocodiles, rare species of birds, reptiles and other wild animals.
Elephant Breeding Center
This Elephant Breeding center is opened in 1984. YOu can see both babies and adults elephant.
Cultural Program
At evening time Tharu people of Chitwan welcome guests by performing dance an singing, famous stick dances and the crazy peacock dance are main highlights which reflects their unique lifestyles.

This trip is suitable for any kind of person who is moderately fit, no previous experience is required. 
Yes, our company representative will be there to greet you. He will be displaying Himalayan  Excursion Nepal sign board outside the airpot terminal. You will be transferred to your hotel by our private vehicle.
Best season for tour is usally March-April and October-November but Kathmandu-Chitwan  tour can be done in February,June,April,May and December as well.
It depends upon season.During winter (November to February), It is colder at night time and relatively warmer during the day time, with the tempreature ranging from around 4 degree at night to 23 degree at day time. Between March and May, the weather stay perfect as the tempreature averages 25 degree during the day time. From Septembet to December,following te monsoon, the temperature gets cooler and allows for a great time to travel. The average temperature during this season is 22 degree.
We provide two or three star level hotel accommodation for the entire tour. The hotel offer the facilities of attached bathrooms,dining room,a bar, internet access, hot shower and so forth. If you want to upgrade the accommdation to a five star hote for the entire tour for an additional charge.
All the restaurants that we dine at cater for continental, Chinese, Mexican,American based cuisine with some local influences,always plenty to choose from.
ATMs are available in Kathmandu.Major credit cards are accepted in all places but you need to pay 4% extra as bank levy,which might make cash more preferable.
We estimate USD 15 to 20 a day will enough to buy lunch,dinner,chocolates and a few drinks.
Depending on nature of travel we provide different vehicle service.we provide tourist vehicles for sightseeing, city tours and airport pickups-drops. We book flight ticket through Buddha Air, Yeti Air and simrik Airlines for the flight from Kathmandu to Citwan and vice versa.
There are telephones and internet facilities available so you can always stay in contact with your family.
Laundry service is easily available at your hotel and there are many laundry store in the Kathmandu and Chitwan.Please note that laundry service is not included in the tour package price.
Yes, they have received training from NATHM (Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management).They have also received high altitude first aid training from KEEP (Kathmandu Environmental Education Project).
