Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu.

After arrival at Kathmandu airport Our company representative's will welcome you and then transfer to hotel. After time to get refreshed, evening we'll meet and transfer for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant in the heart of Kathmandu and briefing about your trip.

Day 2 : Kathmandu valley sightseeing & trip preparation (1300 m).

Today, After morning breakfast you'll visit different historical and cultural sites of the Kathmandu valley with our professional guide. You will go for the pilgrimage sites of Hindus temple Pashupatinath, the world biggest Boudhanath stupa and visit Swoyambhunath stupa also known as monkey temple. After exploring the surrounding areas visit hitorical Kathmandu Durbar square with temple, unique architectures and kumari (living goddess).

Day 3 : Visa and Document preperation for trip.

Today, this is day for visa preperation and other legal documentation. Normally it will take two days for urgent visa and if top urgent visa we can take within one days but it will be little expensive.

Day 4 : Drive Kathmandu to Nyalam (3600 m), 4-5 hours.

Today, the trip commences from Kathmandu driving along the Arniko Highway enjoying the beautiful Nepalese countryside to Kodari on the Nepal Tibet border. After completing the necessary border formalities at the both the Nepalese and Tibetan sides you will change your vehicle and start the two hours adventurous uphill drive to Nyalam.

Day 5 : Drive Nyalam to Tingri (4350 m), 6-7 hours.

Today, After breakfast, the exciting day starts with an adventure drive through lush, green lower hills into the dry, arid landscapes of the Tibetan Plateau. The drive crosses several high passes including the Lalung La 5050 meters from where you can have a breathtaking panorama of the himalayan range including Mt. Everest.

Day 6 : Drive Tingri to Shigaste (3900 m, 245 km), 6-7 hours.

Today, After breakfast you will continue your adventure dirve passing by lonely monasteries and the camps of nomadic herder. The drive crosses the highest pass of your JOurney, the Gyamtso La 5220 meters before descending once more to the barren splendor of the plains. O/N at Guesthouse with BLD basis.

Day 7 : Drive Shigatse to Gyantse (3,950 m, 90 km), 5-6 hours.

Today, you will have a great chance to visit stunning Tashilungpo Monastery, one of the largest functioning monasteries in Tibet, just before short and scenic drive to Gyantse, another historical city in Tibet. In Gyantse, you will visit the Pelkor Chode Monastery and the Gyantse Kumbum. Kumbum is a large gold-domed stupa. It is a famous for its many chapels house an impressive array of Tibetan buddhist murals.

Day 8 : Drive Gyantse to Lhasa (3680 m, 265 km), 7-8 hours.

Today, After breakfast start a long dirve crossing the Karo La Pass 5045 m, from where your are treated to the awesome sight of a huge glacier tumbling down to within a few hundred meters of the road. The road follows the bank of a beautiful turquoise lake, the Yamdrok-tso, for about 20 km. The trip crosses the Khamba La 4794 m, and continues on to Lhasa the capital of Tibet.

Day 9 : Sightseeingn in Lhasa (3680 m).

Today, After morning breakfast in the morning, you will have an easy visit to Jokhang temple. This temple is the most revered shrine in all of Tibet and is constantly bustling with devout worshippers. After lunch in the afternoon, you will visit Sera Monastery, a fifteenth  century sprawl of golden roofs and whitewashed walls. The well preserved monastery is located just a few miles North of Lhasa and home to several monks.

Day 10 : Sightseeing in Lhasa (3680 m).

Today, After morning breakfast group will be led by Tibetan guide to visit the vital Potala Place. The palace is Lhasa's cardinal landmark and is a wonder of Eastern architecture.Your first site of this massive structure will be a magical moment remembered for years to come. It has been a palace since the fifth or sixth century and was once home to the Dalai Lama. In the afternoon you will visit to the Drepung Monastery.

Day 11 : Fly back to Kathamandu, 1 hour.

Day 12 : Transfer to Airport for final departure.

Today, our company representative will drop you to the Kathmandu airport for your final departure for your home country or onward destination.

To  condition yourself for the trek, some physical fitness programs such as walking, running, swimming and hiking are recommended before you embark on your journey. Any person suffering from a pre-existing medical condition or diseases must seek medical advice before considering any trek.
Yes, our company representative will be there to greet you. He will be displaying Himalayan  Excursion Nepal sign board outside the airpot terminal. You will be transferred to your hotel by our private vehicle.
Best season for this trip is between March and October.
It depends upon season.During winter (November to February), It is colder at night time and relatively warmer during the day time, with the tempreature ranging from around 4 degree at night to 23 degree at day time. Between March and May, the weather stay perfect as the tempreature averages 25 degree during the day time. From Septembet to December,following te monsoon, the temperature gets cooler and allows for a great time to travel. The average temperature during this season is 22 degree.
During trip guesthouse does not facilitate with heater or air conditioner,But they have facility of hitting the dinning area by providing kerosene or metal heater. USD 2 to USD 5 per person would be applicable to use this service and this is payable directly to the guesthouse. 
Depending on nature of travel we provide different vehicle service.we provide tourist vehicles for sightseeing, city tours and airport pickups-drops. whereas we use the best 4WD jeep for the overland drive across the Tibet highland.For larger group,we also use supported trucks to carry luggage.
There are landline telephone in some village along the trekking routes from which you can contact with your family and friends. some place there is also internet access which you can use by paying some charges.Also you can buy sim card for your cell phone by giving your xerox copy of your passport and PP size photo.
Chinese Yuan and US dollar can be accepted in Tibet. There are no ATMs in the town you are visiting.Exchanging your money to chinese currency will be the best option for you,which you do at Kathmandu and border.
Generally, in kathmandu you can allocate USD 15-20 for lunch and dinner.During trip USD 10 to 15 per person a day will be enough to buy bottles of water,chocolates,biscuits,pay for the hot shower and a few drinks.
Yes, charging facilities will be available in every guesthouse & lodges but sometime there maybe load shedding problem so its better to bring power bank or spare batteries.
There are many restaurant available in Kathmandu city where you can find any delight of your choice. But in triproute most teahouses.On the menu you may find noodles soup,steam mo:mo,daal bhat, green salad, finger chips,eggs,potatoes, fresh vegetables. You can get tea,coffee,hot lemon,hot chocolate. Every day breakfast, lunch , dinner will be at a lodge.
Lodges mostly serve the vegetarian meals so there is no problem at all for vegetarian. Also we always recommend our clients to eat vegetarian meals to avoid food poisoning. Non-veg meals at the high altitude is not safe for the stomach.

Cancellation notice is required, minimum of 25 days prior to trip departure. If the reason is valid the trip shall then be termed as cancelled and the cancellation charge of 30% of the trip amount would be deducted from the advance paid.
