Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu.

After arrival at Kathmandu airport Our company representative's will welcome you and then transfer to hotel. After time to get refreshed, evening we'll meet and transfer for welcome dinner in one of the typical Nepalese restaurant in the heart of Kathmandu and briefing about your trip.

Day 2 : Kathmandu valley sightseeing & trip preparation (1300 m).

Today, After morning breakfast you'll visit different historical and cultural sites of the Kathmandu valley with our professional guide. You will go for the pilgrimage sites of Hindus temple Pashupatinath, the world biggest Boudhanath stupa and visit Swoyambhunath stupa also known as monkey temple. After exploring the surrounding areas visit hitorical Kathmandu Durbar square with temple, unique architectures and kumari (living goddess).

Day 3 : Visa and Document preperation for trip.

Today, this is a day for visa preparation and other legal documentation. Normally it will take two days for urgent visa and if top urgent visa we can take within one days but it will be little expensive.

Day 4 : Drive Kathmandu to Nyalam (3600 m), 4-5 hours.

Today, the trip commences from Kathmandu driving along the Arniko Highway enjoying the beautiful Nepalese countryside to Kodari on the Nepal Tibet border. After completing the necessary border formalities at the both the Nepalese and Tibetan sides you will change your vehicle and start the two hours adventurous uphill drive to Nyalam.

Day 5 : Drive Nyalam to Tingri (4350 m,244 km),6-7 hrs.

Today, After breakfast you will continue your adventure drive passing by lonely monasteries and the camps of the nomadic herder. The drive crosses the highest pass of your journey, the Gyamtso La 5220 meters before descending once more to the barren splendor of the plains.

Day 6 : Tingri to Ronbuk (5050 m), 105 kms-visit Everest base camp (5,250m) 6-7 hours.

Today, After morning breakfast take short drive to Rongbuk. Rongbuk monastery first, it is the highest monastery in Tibet.You will enjoy the unique view of Mt. Everest, you will get chance to have a face to face experience of Mt. Experience of Mt. Everest, afternoon drive to Base camp by local bus, walk (16 kms round trip) around base camp.

Day 7 : Ronbuk to Xegar to Lhatse (4050 m)= 245 kms, 6-7 hours.

Today, morning enjoy the sunrise of Mt. Everest and visit Rongbuk monastery first and it is the highest monastery in Tibet, then drive down to Lhatse via Xegar. Today we cross the highest pass on our journey, the Gyamtso La (5200 m). From here we descend to the plains, passing lonely monasteries and the camps of nomadic herders, shortly after leaving Shegar, we turn off the Friendship highway and head south over the Pang La (5150 m) towards the main Himalayan range. The view from the top is incredible with uninterrupted views stretching from Makalu to Shishapangma. Below the pass, Everest intially is hidden from view, but as we turn the corner into the Rongbuk valley it reapperars more impressive than ever.

Day 8 : Lhatse to Sakya Natang Monastery to Shigatse (3900 m) 285 kms, 6-7 hours.

Today, After 30 minutes short drive takes us to Sakya Monastery to explore known as the family holy place of Sakyapa faction of Tibetan Buddhism. This monastery was build around sixth century-1073 of the Xining area of the song family (960-1279 A.D) by Khon Konchog Gyalpo, he also creator of Sakyapa sect of Lamaism. Sakya meansGreu soil in Tibetan as the soil neighboring it is ancient. This is innermost monstery of Sakyaoa sect of Tibetan as the soil neighboring it is ancient. This is innermost monastery of Sakyaoa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. As we have our lunch than drive goes to Natang Monastery, The Natang Monastery in Xigaze is one of the survivor. This monastery had a number of 3,000 minks and 13 sutra halls. Its show off vast gathering of Tibetan producing chunks and hand-copied Buddhist scriptures, Tripitaka imprinted in 1732 and 1743 were the oldest of their type. Evening we arrive at Xigatse the 2nd largest town in Tibet.

Day 9 : Drive Shigatse to Gyantse (3950 m, 90 kms), 5-6 hours.

Today, you will have a great chance to visit stunning Tashilungo Monastery, one of the largest functioning monasteries in Tibet, just before short and scenic drive to Gyantse- another historical city in Tibet. In Gyantse, you will visit the Pelkor Chode Monastery and the Gyantse Kumbum. Kumbum is a large gold-domed stupa.

Day 10 : Drive Gyantse to Lhasa (3680m, 265 km),7-8 hours.

Today,After breakfast start a long drive crossing the Karo La pass 5045 m, from where your are treated to the awesome sight of a huge glacier tumbling down to within a few hundred meters of the road. The road follows the bank of a beautifl turquoise lake; the Yamdrok-tso, for about 20 km. The trip crosses the Khamba La 4794m, and cotinues on to Lhasa the capital of Tibet.

Day 11 : Guided city tours in Lhasa (3660 meters).

Once you relinquish your delicious breakfast, you straightway make arrangements for your sightseeing tour. Your experienced guide accompanies you to the famous monasteries of Tibet. On your awe-inspiring visit to Sera monastery, you are introduced to the important aspects of Buddhism. Aft r lunch, you once again continue exploring Tibetan ancient cultures and civilization as you pay a visit to Norbulingka, the summer palace of the Dalai Lama. Jokhang temple provides yet another exciting and educative tour.

Day 12 : Guided city tour around Potala Palace and Drepung Monastery (3660 meters).

Today, you get acquainted with the mystiques of Lhasa. In the morning after breakfast, you will set off to view majestic Potala Palace towering above city of Lhasa, you get to witness unique,pristine and overwhelming array of intricate Tibetan murals,temples,stupas,and tombs of eight past Dalai Lamas from a perfect vantage point. Ancient Tibetan cultures come alive with your every exploration. Later in the afternoon lunch, you will visit beautifully landscaped Drepung monastery. You can observe nuns and monks chanting and performing religious discourses.

Day 13 : Fly back to Kathamandu, 1 hour.

Today, After morning breakfast you will drive 2 hours to Gonggar airport, then you will have 1 hour wonderful flight to Kathmadnu. Evening its time for shopping soviniours for your friends, relatives and families.

Day 14 : Transfer to Airport for final departure.

Today, our company representative will drop you to the Kathmandu airport for your final departure for your home country or onward destination.

To  condition yourself for the trek, some physical fitness programs such as walking, running, swimming and hiking are recommended before you embark on your journey. Best season for this trip is between March and October.
It depends upon season.During winter (November to February), It is colder at night time and relatively warmer during the day time, with the tempreature ranging from around 4 degree at night to 23 degree at day time. Between March and May, the weather stay perfect as the tempreature averages 25 degree during the day time. From Septembet to December,following te monsoon, the temperature gets cooler and allows for a great time to travel. The average temperature during this season is 22 degree.
During trip guesthouse does not facilitate with heater or air conditioner,But they have facility of hitting the dinning area by providing kerosene or metal heater. USD 2 to USD 5 per person would be applicable to use this service and this is payable directly to the guesthouse.

Chinese Yuan and US dollar can be accepted in Tibet. There are no ATMs in the town you are visiting.Exchanging your money to chinese currency will be the best option for you,which you do at Kathmandu and border.
Generally, in kathmandu you can allocate USD 15-20 for lunch and dinner.During trip USD 10 to 15 per person a day will be enough to buy bottles of water,chocolates,biscuits,pay for the hot shower and a few drinks.
Yes, charging facilities will be available in every guesthouse & lodges but sometime there maybe load shedding problem so its better to bring power bank or spare batteries.
There are many restaurant available in Kathmandu city where you can find any delight of your choice. But in triproute most teahouses.On the menu you may find noodles soup,steam mo:mo,daal bhat, green salad, finger chips,eggs,potatoes, fresh vegetables. You can get tea,coffee,hot lemon,hot chocolate. Every day breakfast, lunch , dinner will be at a lodge.
Lodges mostly serve the vegetarian meals so there is no problem at all for vegetarian. Also we always recommend our clients to eat vegetarian meals to avoid food poisoning. Non-veg meals at the high altitude is not safe for the stomach.
